Role Overview: The Business Development Manager of Brokerage & Consulting Partnerships can recognize and understand the wants and needs of Naturally Slim’s customers so that the emphasis is on them and not our products. In addition, this position will focus on building relationships with our brokers and consultants to enhance both direct and indirect sales. This position is an industry leader and will be recognized as an authority in our industry.

Duties:

  • Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
  • Identifies product improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Health and Benefits sales
