 What has Naturally Slim helped you achieve?

I started the program in January, and I'm proud to say 11 months later that I've lost 44 pounds with Naturally Slim.  

 

How would you describe Naturally Slim?

It is such an amazing program because from day 1, never did I feel like I was on a "diet".  There wasn't special food to buy or calorie counting.  I was able to continue to eat all my favorite foods—steak, pizza, Mexican, fast food, etc. 

 

Did anything in the program surprise you?

It is really true that it’s not what you eat, but when and how you eat! 

 

Any advice for those just starting their Naturally Slim journey?

To anyone just starting this program, my advice would be to totally buy in to the principals.  They work!  Find your level 3.  Use the correct hunger savers.  Use your 10-5-10.  Never in a million years, would I think I could just drink a glass a water instead of eating breakfast, but I do.  And I don't miss it!  

For the first time in a long time, I have a ton of energy and my lower back pain has lessened.  I'm back to wearing a size I hadn't seen in over 20 years.  I am a firm believer in Naturally Slim!
